Sarah is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food, and
Sarah has over ten years’ experience working as a Nutritionist and Dietitian. She specialises in the treatment and management of digestive problems, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and coeliac disease and has undertaken formal training in diagnosing and managing food intolerances using the Monash University Low FODMAP diet. As well as chronic disease management, Sarah also has a specialist interest in eating disorders, paediatrics and bariatrics.
Sarah is a compassionate, collaborative and highly experienced Dietitian, who supports her clients to make positive changes to their health and lifestyle. She is dedicated to continually updating her clinical knowledge through professional development activities, and uses evidence-based practice and the latest treatment techniques for the nutritional management of all her clients. She is an active member of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA) and the Australia and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED).
Outside of dietetics Sarah loves to travel, with Africa and New York as her two favourites. When she’s in Sydney you’ll find her at the beach or fuelling her love of coffee in a local cafe.
