Cookshop: Simple Summer Meals – 6.30-8.30pm, Tuesday 7th February
The Nutrition & Wellbeing Clinic holds regular cooking workshops in Castle Hill. This cookshop will teach you how to create delicious low GI summer dishes – great for those who have insulin resistance, diabetes, heart disease, PCOS, acne, fatty liver or are struggling to lose weight! Bushfoods in the Backyard – 9.30am-12.30pm, Saturday 11th February
Willoughby City Council is holding a free practical workshop looking at just a few of the native plants suitable for your backyard and ways to prepare and use them in the kitchen. Type 1 Diabetes… Looking to the Future – 8am-4pm, Saturday 11th February
This research seminar, funded by NDSS and hosted by the Australian Diabetes Council, is designed to inform Parents/Carers with children with Type 1 Diabetes or adults with Type 1 Diabetes on the latest developments and technology.
